Utility – Tripod has many useful tools. Although the storage space is quite small, it does a lot of things that I never thought could be manipulated on a free site. The key word is that it is free so therefore the storage space is not expected to be enormous. But evidently movies, pictures, audio clips, and documents can be stored on this site. Students have immediate access if given the URL and many links can be added to invite more Internet browsing so that information space is not overused.
User-Friendliness – Tripod’s user sign-in process is not very efficient. Sometimes the system works immediately while other times the system takes too long to read. Even with
Appeal – Although there are many options and managing tools, the overall appearance of this free space is quite boring. Students will be more excited if they could search for different backgrounds on the Internet rather than select from the few choices that are provided.
